1.睡前三小時禁食

3.油.糖.酒盡量少用
                                      4.減少鹽份攝取,採清淡飲食
5.水份攝取一天2000c.c.(八杯)

7.睡前少喝流質飲料
                       8.三餐正常飲食
                                   9.定時定量

                                     11.應均衡地攝取各類食物

                                                                                                      碳水化合物 四份
                                                                                                                     蛋白質 六份
                                                                                                                       水果 二到三份
                 蔬菜不限量(但乙種蔬菜不宜攝取過多,因其熱量比甲種蔬菜為多,用炒的需過水.
                                                                           一般建議約四份就可以了,但一定要有深綠色蔬菜!)

                                                                                                                            1杯=16湯匙=240公克(c.c.)
                                                                                                                                  1公斤=1000公克=2.2磅
                                                                                                                              1台斤(斤)=600公克=16兩
                                                                                                                                      1磅=16盎司=454公克
                                                                                                                                                       1湯匙=3茶匙
